We bought a new battery for our electric bike from Olic, and within 6 months it went bad. She says we need to replace it for another $350. I told her we just got it from her, and she is acting like she is not familiar with us. My son rides the bike to her, gets his haircut next door and brings the bike home. We have seen her several times for things in the past. She said the battery she sold us has a 1 year warranty but she will not honor it because I can't find the receipt. She keeps no records and tells me I have to prove I bought it there with the receipt, or she will not honor the warranty. Total waste of money. Bad business practices, be warned.

First of all I ordered a service and she didn’t make that, she tried only make some ajustment on my bike(that ajustament that even me could do in 3 min by myself and it took 1 day) when actually I asked to change one part of my bike (I even took the part to her) and she just adjusted the one which was bad and even charged me as she replaced the part. She thought that I wouldn’t notice that!She didn’t make theservice that I asked cause she said that could take more time, and if I could do by my self or ask to the place which sold me that!When I came back there I said to her fix that cause I paid for that, she kept the bike and took 2 more day to do the service I ordered first! When I was pickup the bike it was terrible all my gears was out of order, I neeed took to home and fix by myself! She even told me to take home that it was enought! I saw the bad rates on Google! I should believe that!! And now my bike works only ok with levels of the gear(even with the very new dealer she puts there)

Feb 17, 2025 · cory lujanI brought 2 bikes from Olic. I enjoyed the first one and traded it for a mountain bike, which proves to be a disaster. Anytime I try to shift the bike, the chains come off and the deraileur does not worked. Olic bike owner refused to replace the chains and the deraileur the first time and just pieced it together. The same issue happened again after the first repair. I brought the bike back and now they wanted to charge to fix or replace it, although the owner offered and promised a year warranty.Now, the owner claimed that the damage is done by the rider even though this bike has never crashed of fallen and I have only used it two times.Be aware when purchasing from this dealer.

Going out on a limb, I googled “bicycle repair” & called Olic, not knowing they were an e-bike warehouse. Steven was so courteous over the phone & agreed to take a look at my beach cruiser as he happens to be a certified bicycle mechanic. I brought it in and he had it ready for me in pristine condition in less than 48 hours for a more than reasonable price. He’s agreed to take a look at my road bike next! If you’re in the market for an e-bike or just need basic repairs on a regular bicycle, call Steven at Olive and you won’t be disappointed!
