Northwest Tri & Bike Reviews
This shop knows their stuff, and supports their community. I've purchased bikes from 4 local shops in the last 4 years, and this shop, by far gave us the best purchase experience. More than that, they'll the only shop I trust for service, after having questionable experiences at to other places. Finally, they support the cycling ant tri community with training and a great Sunday gravel ride that is open to all skill levels.
Jul 04, 2025 · Steve KettlerI brought in my bike for a flat tire, expecting to drop it off and have to come back later for it. The owner Andrew repaired it there on the spot, and you can tell he has a passion for what he does in watching him work. I will happily come back for any biking needs!
Jun 25, 2025 · Maisie CainWorked with Andrew to upgrade my groupset and had a great, transparent, and efficient experience. He worked hard to source parts so that I didn't have to change my crank or cassette, which helped keep costs down. They were in the process of moving into their new location and accidently shipped some of my parts to the old location and sent someone to to go grab it so that I wasn't delayed in getting my bike back. I'll be back in the future. It was great working with them!
May 01, 2025 · Andrea McGuireI recently had the pleasure of visiting Northwest Tri & Bike, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. The staff was incredibly attentive to the needs of my bike, clearly communicating not only what was required but also best practices and maintenance tips for the future. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and the turnaround time was impressively quick. I highly recommend Northwest Tri & Bike for anyone in need of bike services!
Aug 08, 2024 · Robert StraavaldsonThe best bike shop around! I’ve purchased multiple bikes from NW Tri and Bike. Ian and Andrew are very knowledgeable on the product lines they carry, as well as bikes in general. The after purchase support for any issues that arise is top notch and rates for general service are super reasonable. If you are looking for a new or used bike,I can’t recommend them enough.
