Cycle Therapy Reviews
I visited this establishment today (06/12/25) to get a bike's tire repaired. The young man who assisted me with the repair was Will. He helped with both the removal and return of the bike to my car which was greatly appreciated. Will examined the bike and provided me with the total cost for the repair. He indicated that it would take him approximately 10-15 to do the service. He completed everything within 5-7 minutes. Overall I had a memorable experience at Cycle Therapy and the customer service was exemplary.
Jun 12, 2025 · Debra ThompsonI wish I could give this company 10 stars! Great, great, great customer service. I asked my hubby to get my 20+-year old Trex bike tuned up. I told him to not buy me a new bike, I just wanted My Bike tuned up. He went to Cycle Therapy. They sold him a new bike. (It was going to be about the same amount of money to buy a new bike as it would be to overhaul my old bike). Upon seeing my "new" bike I called the store and ended up talking to the owner Ric. I explained that I wanted my old bike back and tuned up. They still had it and Ric offered to allow me to return the new bike and that they would go ahead and overhaul my old bike for me. Chris and Chad did a GREAT job. I am so happy. But here is the best part... the customer service. All of the team members at Cycle Therapy were totally about making us happy. Honestly, I think they were trying to save my hubby money by selling him a new bike (did I say my Trex was old...it's super old). In the end, they overhauled My Bike for the same price as we had paid for the new bike (that might sound like a lot to pay for a tune up - it would be, but this was an Overhaul...as in darn near built me a new bike on my old frame....). All the while, the Team was sooooo accommodating, pleasant, (they could have turned their noses up at My Bike, but they just seemed to understand that I like my old bike) and they wanted to make it right for me in any way possible. I am in a front-facing customer service job myself and when I experience EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is rare these days, I want to let the world know - so here it is! Support this shop and this team, you will enjoy the experience and the end product.
Jun 22, 2025 · Sue RockwellCame in for an emergency flat repair. Having never changed the flat before, I had little knowledge of what I needed, just that i needed to be able to get back on the road before my lunch was over and make it home at the end of the day. Cycle therapy Supplied me with a patch kit and tire levers, worked really hard to try to get me a tube and when they didn't have my exact size offered a size up or a size down with a receipt if I needed to return that would do for an emergency repair.Turned my day around after a negative experience at the bike shop up the road. With the tools purchased here I was able to be repaired in the parking lot with help from fellow cyclists And was able to be ready to drive home before my lunch was over.Patch held all 12 miles and I will definitely be back should anything else happen.
Apr 30, 2025 · Alexis PrattI called ahead and asked if I can get my bike fixed. They instantly put me on hold for 35 minutes and then asked me what the he'll I was waiting for. I brought in my bike and the guy who helped me is completely inexperienced and rude, He looked at my bike and wanted to me to buy a bike that was way more than what I could spend. None of them in uniform and they a had a really bad smell from the store.I'm never going back to this placeDon't go here
Jun 12, 2025 · Kody AtchisonWow- where to start! Received a Kona bike for Christmas and family was raving about Seth and all the help he provided. Went into the shop today with my wife and met Adele and Ric. Both really nice, knowledgeable, made you feel like you had been friends for years. Knowing a little about BMX bikes, mountain bikes were definitely different to me. Was greeted by Adele, who was super sweet, funny, and fun to talk with. She listened to my concerns on the handle bars, fitted the seat, and adjusted the front forks. Super fast service, amazing job at doing the work.. They were super kick back and relaxed- never felt like you were pressured into anything. Adele swapped the neck for my handlebars and ot was night and day difference! The best part - the guy buying the $6,000 bike (which was freaking gorgeous) when we were there.. I felt I was treated just as great by Ric as he did with them. You felt appreciated, valued as a customer, and it shows that they have a love for bikes and providing awesome service. These less than five star reviews for Cycle Therapy are absolutely ridiculous. Ric, Adele, and Seth by far made it an easy choice to buy, have fix, and simply ask questions for anything bike related.
