Jun 28, 2025 · lucas bacaUpdate: This place is no longer locally owned. It’s corporately owned. The guy working the front was rude with us and the pricing was not competitive. We found another Specialized dealer here in town to service our other brands of bikes for much better pricing and servicing. It’s sad that this place has changed so much. We’ve been loyal customers for years up to this point.Great place. The employees make this business outstanding. They were all super helpful and nice. Kelly and Asher were a huge help as well as the other guys we worked with. Can’t recommend this place enough! Thanks for all the help with our bikes! 🚲
Apr 13, 2025 · Gayle VThank you High Desert Bicycles! I’ve been in a few times for miscellaneous items and every time I leave with more than I pay for! They filled my tubes with a sealant today for me and helped me understand my bike specific tube size. I bought some lubricant and they threw in some extra rags for me when it gets messy and showed me best practices to use it for optimal results. Everytime I go in I have been helped almost immediately and all the staff are friendly and ready to answer any questions! Thank you again!
Feb 25, 2025 · Regina AndreasFront MTB rim replacement: the whole crew was great! I love the text capability whereby they communicate real-time on the progress of repair. Bike tech's Aaron and Ben had my bike back to my within 4 hours of dropping off! Thanks guys!
May 07, 2025 · ChadI did not choose this shop because of the attitude of the people I talked to- two men. I don’t know anything about bikes and maybe my questions were dumb. I’m sorry if I annoyed you with my basic bike questions. Maybe you should put a sign on the door that says, “No basic questions- we only want ‘real’ bike people in here.” Bike snobs- not friendly.
