May 31, 2025 · Javada HillBeware, Brought my brand new bike in for a tuneup, my first bike, but it never did feel quite right. Moved and had another bike repair shop look at it to tell me that it was either never tuned or very poorly tuned, given the pin placement on the bikes gears. There was also a click that was present that they said once the gears are properly tuned would go away and sure enough it did after it was properly tuned by them. Unfortunately, my gut feeling is that my bike was indeed never tuned as the new expert suggest, Or very poorly tuned. I really wanted to like this place, I may have just gotten a bad technician having an off day.
Apr 12, 2025 · Alexandria KatherineLove this bike shop!!! Talk about a shop that goes out of their way to get you back on your bike!! This is my favorite bike shop in Philly they helped me find weird random small parts I needed to attach a rear rack to my bike and also sold me my most recent E-bike which I love!!! Can’t say enough good things about this shop!!
Jan 04, 2025 · Joslyn NewmanI have come to this shop many times for a tube here, a repair there, but my bike was stolen Christmas Eve (😱😭). I came here to check out the stock. I was helped by Christian with the curly hair and gentle voice. He was extremely patient, zero percent presumptive, a very human human. I felt seen, heard, and helped. I have high anxiety and a likelihood to walk out with something I don't like or want but he made my experience comfy and I didn't feel like a burden. Bought a teal Marin and hope it stays with me for many Eves! Thank you so very much!! 🙇🏾🥹
Dec 29, 2024 · Ai RoLoved that they had the exact bike my son was desperately asking for. Spoke to them over the phone, very competent and knowledgeable in all things related to bicycles. Reserved the bike for 3pm pickup, arrived and they needed a bit more time to finish assembling. So I stopped downstairs in a little cafe to wait so that was a nice find to sit and wait comfortably. My son loves his bike so much thank you!
