Jul 03, 2025 · Stephen WhyteAfter biking on one of the hottest days of the summer and questioning myself throughout the ride if I should have just rescheduled, I was greeted by John Beardsley who handed me a towel and welcomed me into the shop to cool down. John's enthusiasm, passion, and his ability to explain the "what" (what could be causing pain/discomfort) and the "why" (rationale on the adjustments he recommended) in an easy to understand way really made the experience worth it. He was extremely patient with the questions I had and also re-adjusting the bike to make sure I was confident when leaving the fitting. He was very thorough in walking me through the data on the screen and it was eye opening to see the improvements in the data from the adjustments he made each round. I felt like I was riding a completely different bike after the fitting and am excited to see how I feel in the next few weeks with these adjustments. I would highly recommend John Beardsley for a bike fit and will be returning for future fits if I were to upgrade parts or my bike! Thank you John!
Jun 26, 2025 · Sam HongAbsolutely five stars for John Beardsley at enduranceWERX! I hadn’t had a bike fit in years, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but working with John was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. He really took the time to listen to what I was hoping to improve and offered thoughtful, practical suggestions throughout the process. What impressed me most was how John approached my older bike (circa 2007). I honestly thought he might suggest I needed a new bike, but instead, he made significant changes to my setup that I didn’t think were possible. The difference is transformational, my bike feels completely new, and I’m riding more comfortably and efficiently than I have in ages.If you’re considering a bike fit, I highly recommend working with John. His expertise and rider-focused approach make all the difference. I’m seeing real performance improvements and couldn’t be happier with the results!
Jun 07, 2025 · David OttavioI came to enduranceWERX as a relatively experienced rider, who was ready to buy a new bike but had never been properly set up before. John helped me with the from-scratch Retul fit and was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. We reviewed some possible bikes for me and he explained what to look for regarding my measurements and each bike’s geometry. The fit details were very thorough, and included several potential options with specific component measurements that John put together. Would recommend to anyone.
May 09, 2025 · Jake BilgerI had an excellent bike fit experience with Chad! He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions (I'm a newbie roadie). Not only did he fine-tune my position for better efficiency, he also made adjustments to enhance my comfort. We experimented with different saddles and cleats to find the perfect setup. The adjustments have already improved my ride and I feel much more confident heading into my upcoming Ironman 70.3. If you're looking for a professional and detail-oriented bike fit, I highly recommend enduranceWerx.
