Very friendly staff with excellent attention to detail. I have came here a few times and they always seem to deliver high quality work at an affordable price. That’s why I keep coming back.
Jun 08, 2025 · Rob WatsonMy son just picked up his bike after it was there for a week for the paddle to be fixed, we were about to ride our bikes and we realized the back wheel was wobbly.. I would not trust them, well see if they gonna charge us for what they did.. By the way it was a brand new bike, the screw in for the paddle was stripped
Aug 10, 2024 · Brook ParkerI wanted to say that this place is good but through my experience recently I can't say that they are!Took my ebike there to have the brakes done they charged me $100.00 labor for only a break job ($50 per break labor cost)Needed my freewheel replaced, they had it for an entire week only to tell me that they couldn't do it because they didn't have the proper size freewheel removal tool ( understandable?!)I ended up taking the ebike to an awesome place in Ferndale ( Downtown Ferndale Bike Shop on W. Nine mile) to have it replaced... not only did they fix my ebike properly but in doing so they pointed out to me that when Cycle Connection fixed my breaks they neglected to reinsert the break pin on the back break!! ( Yet still charged me $100.00 for labor $50.00 per break!)... that's bad business they seem to only work on the bikes they wanna fix all the while they don't reassemble it correctly which if the other bike shop didn't point out their error it easily could've became a SAFETY ISSUE!CYCLE CONNECTION IN WYANDOTTE IS A BAD PLACE TO GET ANY BIKE REPAIRS, THEY DO SHOTTY WORK AND ARE WAY OVER PRICED AND NOT HONEST ABOUT THE WORK THEY CLAIM TO PERFORM ON THE BIKE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO DOWNTOWN FERNDALE BIKE SHOP ON W. NINE MILE, they're reasonable, knowledgeable, personable and get the job done right the first time!! CYCLE CONNECTION SUCKS ON EVERY LEVEL!!(This is only my experience if you want to take a chance go for it but when you do you can't say that you haven't been warned?!)
Aug 03, 2024 · Kelly NichiloWhat a great business! They fitted my two young children with the perfect bikes for their age and ability. My two sons are quite confident on their bikes. One was riding without training wheels when he was 4, and the youngest might be riding without training wheels before he turns 3.The staff is phenomenal. Being successful riding a bike has a lot to do with the fit, as well as the quality of the parts. My kids have so much fun riding!
Aug 24, 2021 · Jason McFallI stopped in the store convinced a would not be able to get on a regular bike. I was shown two comfortable bikes and found one within 15 minutes. I am now feeling like a kid again! I love the bike and the service is excellent! I flattened my tire on my first ride and they took care of my tire without any issues, they were just happy to hear I was enjoying my bike!!!
