Went in twice for a back tire flat and both times they messed something else up after they fixed it. First time I got the bike back the wheel was misaligned and rubbed on the frame. Second time the gear shift was messed up. Mind you I had to leave the bike overnight both times. I'll give two stars since they did fix the flats, but unless you want to wait a day just to have something else broken when you get it back, consider getting your flat fixed somewhere else. - Grace Richards
