Barlow Bikes Reviews
The person their didnt know anything about anything. The person that works in the bikes wasnt even their. That guy had no clue where he was or if he was gonna even come in. How do you own a bike shop and not have a person that has a lil bit of knowledge work their. Then i just realized when checking my bank they charge over $21 for a spoke tool that wasnt even the size i needed. I could of bought off amazon for $8 bucks and got the two pack same brand which would of had the right size and got the same no information i already knew. so i have to grind the wrong sized one to the right size. I even had the rim in my hand. I understand being a small business which is why i tried to go their to get my fat tire rim trued up. But to be told by someone that dont know anything to come back in a week cause he is backed up. Just blows my mind. Maybe if the guy that works on the bikes showed up and worked on the bikes they wouldnt be behind. Having the right tools and knowledge bikes are not that hard to fix. If i can true up my own rim in less then thirty min with zero tools and equipment then their should be no reason four bikes needing fixed shouod take a week
Jul 05, 2025 · Robert WirthlinI came in to get my tires fixed and the guy was complaining about finding the right tires and then when we finally found the right tires and went to ring it up the scanner did not work and he said he won’t do the sale today. He did not trouble shoot the device or anything. Will not be coming back
Jun 13, 2025 · Sheevs The senateI was out bike packing when I got a pretty nasty tire rupture that I couldn’t patch. I called this shop and the guy working there helped me figure out a solution to get me back on the road and stayed open late until I could get there to get the parts I needed. I didn’t get the name of who was running the shop that day but this was 06/06/2025. thank you so much!!
Jun 09, 2025 · Neel BhatiaIt was my first time in there some I explained I wanted a replacement bike similar to what this kid was riding in this picture and John was right on it he showed me to bikes answering all my questions finishing up with a bike lock not to mention taking down the serial number and explaining to me the purpose behind doing and what steps to take if the bike got stolen the bike was a gift so they were able to give my a gift receipt as well I would definitely do business with them again ☺️
Jul 25, 2024 · Anita HaakI went here to get some new tires put on my wheelchair and while they don't stock my size, they can special order it if I need them to do so. The tires they mounted for me are solid air free tires, with a reputation for being difficult to the point that companies sell a special "tool" for the process. I was in and out in ten minutes, told they're just as easy to mount as a normal tire, and they were even nice enough to let me sit in the shop chair while I waited! Will definitely be back!
