Not professional, bad service and knowledge, no idea of customer care! Zero star experience! A total rip off. I went in for gear tune up and when they didn't do it right (couldn't access low and highest gear, transitions were cluncky) they would say to my face that is ok while we could both see that the chain was not moving when changing gear or being at wrong position. They have street knowledge of how the bike should work. No professionalism. Mechanic is worthless. The shop looks terrible and service is equally terrible. Sometimes I wonder how a shop like that can exist.
May 25, 2019 · Emilia-Laura MunteanuAvoid this place. Filthy/HORRIBLE service! Took me a month to get my bike back after endless calls/excuses (i.e. out of the country, my mom had a doctor's appt., Con Ed was there. etc....) I was promised about 10 times for a call back which never happened. I called daily and it went straight to voicemail. Then the voicemail is full and does not accept messages. I finally had to go in person to check on things only to not be able to communicate with anyone because no one spoke English. I had to have a translator of some dude hanging around the shop. To add insult to injury, someone stole my expensive chain while in their custody as it was being repaired. They said no one removed it. I am the only one with the key and I DID NOT remove it and it was delivered with the chain wrapped around the base. They don't take card payments either, only cash as the translator said "She's an old woman!" Huh, what the hell does that have to do with anything. If you are running a business-RUN IT! The worst! You've been warned!
May 12, 2022 · Grayson HandyNo one speaks English. I brought in my bike that had a Presta tube gauge which they didn't have so they decided to destroy my bicycles rim in an effort to allow a normal gauge inner tube to fit inside of a previous presta sized valve.
Feb 13, 2021 · Nathan RodriguezLooks a bit shabby, but the mechanic was very good. My bike's wheel had to be changed. He changed it quickly, and for a very reasonable price.
Apr 22, 2018 · Navin Pasarivery very local run bike shop, and like the others said, looks very shady. However, I had an issue with a bent and uncalibrated front derailleur, and they fixed while I had lunch, 20$. 10/10 would go there again.
