Jul 04, 2025 路 James AlbertsonThanks to James and Patrick! Being a novice rider and not knowing that much about a second hand bike my son had bought, Patrick welcomed me to the shop, made sure I had the best helmet for safety, and James put my bike back together and made it run smoothly. They are friendly, knowledgeable and make me want to learn more about biking. I'll be back to upgrade someday soon. The Path Bike Shop is the best!

Mar 13, 2025 路 Vicente ReyesI love this bike shop! My elderly parents purchased some adult tricycles online, and we brought them here for assembly. Patrick noticed they were of poor quality and not safe for my parents, so he recommended different bikes and help us ship back the old ones. He also worked with us on shipping and assembly, since the new bikes were more expensive. Communication was great and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
Jun 21, 2025 路 Mel BeamThe people who run this bike shop are amazing! Excellent customer service and knowledgeable about bikes. We had an emergency and they were able to fix our brakes and also tuned up the bike in other ways too. They care about the New Braunfels community and I highly recommend doing business with them. Thank you so much for today!
