Terry's Byke Haus Reviews
Stopped in to possibly get some new brake pads and a brake cable adjustment/replacement and the mechanic (Michael) adjusted the cable on the spot, didn’t upsell me on new pads (mine were ultimately just fine) and instead of charging me $, strapped me with the task of having a good weekend. A+.
Jun 27, 2025 · Dana RiedererMike is the Wizard of everything bikes. I have been bringing our family's bikes here for years! Then when the kids out grew them, Mike helped us with new ones. He has kept my 1991 Schwinn going and going like new.
May 21, 2025 · Ann GatelyAmazing! Fixed my husband’s tube tire and a new seat installed in a matter of seconds. Friendly, welcoming, and did not try to upsell me. Thank you!
Jun 06, 2025 · Sheila SalgadoUnprofessional service..I can’t say they were rude, but very unorganized. First time here, to get my bike fixed (rear break adjustment and tube replacement) guy said it should be done tomorrow, but he will put that due date for pickup is in 4 days just in case. I called after four days owner said “it’s not ready yet it should be done tomorrow”. I came to take my bike they said it’ll be done in 2 hours, same day.Okay, then they charged me different price than what was estimate (picture attached, I guess that was the reason although it doesn’t add up but never mind it was 10$ difference) .Then they charged my card twice.. luckily I check my bank balance before leaving so we fixed that right away. Not even “we apologize”. They said their system need to be serviced/fixed I didn’t really understand I was just thinking how to get out and never come back. Wouldn’t recommend this bike shop to anyone.
May 12, 2020 · Stefan ArsovicGreat service here. The people were very friendly. My brakes weren't working right, and the technician fixed them right in front of me, which was cool to be able to see. Less than 10 minutes and less than $20 later, I'm a happy customer with a safe bike to ride. Definitely recommend Terry's 😁
