Small Shop Cycles & Service Reviews
Absolutely a great bike shop they told me 35 minutes to get my flat tire fixed, but they got it done in about 20 minutes very reasonable prices on everything in the shop!!! $18 bucks for a tube replacement for the bike I ride and the guy replacing my tube even did a quick adjustment on my rear breaks! Future customers It’s is easier to just bring your bike in rather then calling the shop asking questions because the shop does get busy.
Jun 28, 2025 · dionne washingtonChris was and is extremely professional. I entered the shop with a Schwinn Mountain bike and expressed my frustration that my back was hurting on the Lakeshore Trail. He listened to my concern and told me several issues I had. I'm in need of a road bike and a bigger size. He sized me for a bike and educated me on different brands as I started my search. No pressure on buying from him, just genuine advice which I dearly appreciated.I've seen Chris handle very difficult customers and provide them with top notch service along with his employees. Truly amazing and an essential bike shop in the Bonneville community.I checked the Bike shop photos from some years ago and the same employees are still working there, says a lot about the shop and how it's ran!!
