Philbrick's Ski, Board & Bike Reviews
Super great and knowledgeable customer service and expertise. I worked with Ryan and Meg and they were awesome getting me the right bike and information I need at a great price. 10/10 I’m going back here for all of my bike stuff in the future!
Jun 28, 2025 · Brooke JohnsonI called on a Tuesday to see if they could take a look at my daughter's bike before she left for a camping trip on Wednesday (fully knowing I was asking a lot on such short notice). The gentleman I spoke with told me to bring it right over and he'd try to take a look at it that day (it was already after 4pm). I ran it over but my other child fell asleep on the drive who wasn't feeling well and their cashiers watched my car while I got the bike out and helped me get it inside and to the right people. They fixed the bike right then while I waited. Everyone was so amazing and helpful and my daughter was able to enjoy her bike on her camping trip. I almost never write reviews but every person I spoke/dealt with that day was truly amazing. Thank you Philbrick's! We've always been customers but will forever continue to be because your staff is stellar.
Jun 30, 2025 · Jess DoucetteMy family and I have been Philbrick’s customers for many years. They have fitted my kids and I with skis and bikes! They are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Their prices are always within industry standards and reasonable. The in person service is always exceptional!
Jun 23, 2025 · Natalie GI’ve worked with Philbrick’s for YEARS for bikes. When the kids were little, bikes were always purchased and maintained by Philbrick’s. When I was a competitive cyclist, Philbrick’s built and maintained my custom bikes- and provided much-needed emergency services. I just bought 2 e-bikes and am thrilled, once again. Meg and Casey were so helpful! Casey walked through the different types of bikes and we found the perfect ones for my needs. The process was easy and smooth. Highly recommended.
May 16, 2024 · Nichole Fecteau, Real EstateHad a great experience buying a mountain bike for my son. They had several options in stock and were very knowledgeable and friendly. They took extra time to fit the bike and triple check that everything was set exactly right before we left. They wouldn’t take his old bike on trade but knocked a little off the cost of the new bike without me asking. I’d definitely return.
