Mission Hills Bicycle Shop Reviews
Came here on a Monday, (which is mind blowing that they are open), the owner went above and beyond to help me get going for an evening ride. Very knowledgeable and kind and the place is rad. I’d recommend this shop to anyone looking for great service and a smile!
Dec 03, 2024 · Alex E.not a fan of writing negative reviews, but am pretty disappointed this last round of servicing. Went in a few months ago to replace a wheel and ordered exactly what the employee had written down on a note for me. The wheel came in and after I received it, I went again to the shop and asked them to put it on only to have them say it’s not the right one and I shouldn’t have bought a steel one??? Okay, so I had them order me a new wheel at the shop to make sure they “get the right one”. I then get a call saying that the new wheel won’t fit my existing tire and I have to buy a new tire and tube to fit the wheel they ordered. So now I’m stuck with trying to return a wheel online, and about $120 over what I was originally going to pay for a simple wheel replacement.
Mar 23, 2025 · Manuel GonzalezAll the bicycle shops around the area are kind&helpful. However Eryn there sold me the idea of cycling instead of the parts and bicycles. Bought and installed pedals, tubes, tires, grips, brakes, cables, fenders, locks, bells. I plan to buy my next bicycle there too. Thank you so much Eryn.
May 31, 2023 · Alonso092596Note: they do not service e-bikes.My son and I came in excited to check out the local bike shop. This is our first e-bike ever and we wanted to see if they could assist with the left brake and change out the seat for another more comfortable seat that we had brought in.We were informed by the guy that they do not work on “motorized vehicles” a couple of times. He was kind to swap our seat for the comfort one.I had a hard time understanding him and I think I insulted him when I tried to help and when I asked if he could put it at the lowest setting because we are short. He made comments about just trusting him and letting him do it. Maybe we were annoying him? Not sure… but he seemed irritated. He didn’t charge us which is super nice but it didn’t seem right since he did something important for us. We left a a tip anyway. We wanted to support a local business.
