May 19, 2025 · Peggy SmithMy wife and I stopped in this shop halfway through biking the C&O. My wife’s touring bike front wheel was rattling and the owner checked it out, replaced a cracked quick release nut free of charge, and gave us peace of mind. Such friendly service!Later while we were having lunch we saw him biking with his cat!

Aug 30, 2024 · Ron LodettiMy rear rim was near fatal breaking point. I had zero idea on where to get one. I called Mile Marker 99, Eric ordered me a new rim, it took 3 days so I figured I had to wait around. He had me bring my bike to the shop and the rim arrived within minutes of me getting there. Dude was super chill, fixed my rim, got me back on the road. Absolute legend and first bike shop I ever had to go to for an issue. Good place, highly recommend.
Sep 26, 2024 · Devildog_TVWe were taking the scouts on a C&O canal ride and I wanted to make sure some supplies were available along the way. Called the shop and Eric told me he did not carry what we needed but he would call me back. Called back a few minutes later and said he found some at the store across the street that was going to be closed when we arrived, so he got some so it would be available. Amazingly helpful! And upon our arrival one of the scouts had a problem with his rack. Eric fixed up his bike so we were good to go. He is just getting the shop set up so we wish him the best and will be repeat customers! Highly recommend!
