Landry's Bicycles Reviews
I rarely write reviews, but absolutely must give the team at Landry’s in Natick the highest praise! There are other bike shops closer to me, but I came to Landry’s based on a recommendation and the great reviews. Now, I am a loyal customer who will never go anywhere else! I came to purchase a new road bike and get ready to get back on the road after a hiatus of many years… and a lot of changes in technology. Mark, Oliver and Anna Mae were incredibly helpful during three visits. Each of them is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and honest. And, I particularly appreciated their enthusiasm and encouragement. What an exceptional team!
Jun 16, 2025 · Sarah C.Amazing customer service. I felt respected as a beginner to the cycling world and was never pressured to upsell outside my price range. Great fitment and position information to help me succeed in my fitness goals. Many thanks!
May 30, 2025 · Ryan BAndy was wonderfully supportive and walked me through the process of bike fitting and choosing a bike. He listened to my preferences and didn’t force me on to a specific bike. Very communicative and patient!
Jan 26, 2025 · Alexandre Ait EttajerAfter asking 3 different shops i finally found one that would help! Brought in my son's Ebike/moped for a flat rear tire. Not only did they have a replacement part but had it fixed up in just a few days. Hoping we dont need to come back anytime soon but definitely my go to now! Thank you
Jun 20, 2025 · Kelly LinehanGreat to go to a store where they know you and treat you like an individual rather than a transaction. Everyone on the staff is always looking for ways to make the experience a good one. Five photos of five bikes I’ve bought from Andy, Mark and Michael over the past 15 years. Jeremey has maintained all of them to perfection over the years.
