Being able to try the bike prior to buying was a priority for me and John makes this very easy, he even tried to sell me the less expensive model!Overall a great experience

This was a premium buying experience like a luxury car dealership. John explained everything with no pressure. He kept in touch with me until I made my decision. I was hesitant to take a test ride on the city streets since I’m from rural area, so he suggestion I take a small test ride in his warehouse area which was perfect. I love my Ventin ebike and now I can enjoy the great outdoors without struggling on a long bike rides.Thank you John for all your assistance and wonderful service. It’s worth the drive to the city! Bike shops in my area had four month waiting list to receive a bike. I got mine in two weeks.

In the middle of the pandemic and with them being slammed with business, they took extra care and time to reach out to me personally several times to let me know the status of my delayed order. I would definitely recommend Hudson E bike, and they will be my bike store from this point on.

And the second time I went there after I made my appointment and arrived on timeI was told that the manager had emergency after calling several times and waiting for more than half hour. The place is very suspect. Wouldn’t recommend.
