Arrow Bikes II Reviews
Quick service and good price, thank you
Oct 07, 2024 · Cam AndersonNo website, not even a Facebook? I have to come in to the store to see what’s up in 2020?? One strike already. If I’m gonna spend $1500+, and if the reviews are correct that they give no guarantees or warranty, then no dice 🎲.Update: went in and saw 4 bikes. Hard to communicate with them due serious English struggle. That’s not super important but the second guy who came to “help” was very rude and unfriendly. Service is garbage so I bounced.
Feb 05, 2020 · Grubdom SiteA store dedicated to repairing Arrow eBikes, they are relatively friendly, and they also sell the bikes. However they don't let you test ride bikes, and they don't give any 'guarantees' or any kind of warranty on the bikes. Which makes sense; they're a repair shop, not a bike selling shop; they're there because some people understand what the product is and purchase it because its not easy to source. The bikes are great products and they are friggen tanks. Some people have been using their bikes for multiple years (me included) and thanks to this shop they still run like new.
