We tried to shop at other stores closer to our house but all of them overcharged, tried to upsell and were not very nice. It was worth a 40 minute drive to work with Tim. Super helpful over the phone, answered all of our questions and had no hidden fees. Had a great selection of bikes and scooters in the shop- at a variety of price points so we could work within our budget. Love his honesty and his passion for helping people out. I will come here again when we are ready to get another e-bike!

They took the time to answer all my questions and guided me through the process of using the CA-Incentive brochure. Not only did they help me redeem my voucher, but they also went above and beyond by assisting me in adding a bike to the eligibility list, making it possible for me to purchase the bike I wanted. Their knowledge of e-bikes is impressive, and their customer service is top-notch. If you're looking for a shop that accepts vouchers and provides excellent support, I highly recommend this place. My experience here was truly outstanding!

Came back eight months later and bought myself an Aima Big Sur. Max gave me a price that the other shops could not match and he even offered to drop the bike at my house for much cheaper than any other shop. We then swapped mobile phone numbers and he said to reach out if there are any issues. I am very happy with my purchase and with how E Bikes Premier made the whole experience easy. Strongly recommend

I inform them this is my commuting vehicle.A week goes by and there is no communication. I call a day after they said they would get to it and they still haven't looked at it. They said would get to it tomorrow. I wait two days then call. They still haven't gotten to it.3 days later, they call me and inform me that it's a battery problem and they have contacted the supplier for a quote. I say, great, please give me an estimate on everything. They say fine we'll get you a quote.3 weeks ago by and no communication. I've secured other transportation.They call me and inform me the scooter is ready and I have bill due. I say, I asked for a quote and never approved this. They realize their error and say oops, we'll comp some of the work (something else needed to be repaired). Disappointed I agree.They call me back 2 hours later and reneg on their promise. They say they've done work and wont uphold the promise they JUST made me. I need to pay them everything or they'll pull the battery they already installed and I'll need to pay them additional labor than the bill I was already quoted if I want work done.They pull the newly installed battery but when I go to pick it up, they kindly explain how to reinstall it. Which was nice, I guess.Definitely will not be returning for future service.
