Cedar Bicycle Reviews
Visited multiple times out of convenience and have never been so disappointed at low effort, lazy, and cheap repairs. Visited multiple times for repairs and have never actually gotten an issue resolved. Came in for a brake bleed, waited too long, paid too much, and got my bike back with spongy brakes like it wasn't even worked on. Came in specifically to get a shifter housing replaced, waited way too long, paid way too much and got my bike back with the same housing etc etc. Do not spend money on repairs here, the service is too poor and inconsistent, save your money and time and get repairs elsewhere.
Apr 01, 2025 · scottyMy fiancee and I got a pair of refurbished mountain bikes and took them to Strive Multisport before taking them out on the trails. They put the bikes together, checked them over and gave us some great ideas as beginning bike riders. Always great to see awesome customer service like that.

Apr 13, 2022 · Bruce SteinExcellent bike shop. I came in hoping they could help me with my bike not shifting properly, and was fully prepared to drop it off and pick it up another day. The gentleman at the counter took my bike, fixed it in less than ten minutes and sent me on my way. Even adjusted my brakes for me. I’ve never experienced such excellent customer service at a bike shop in my life. I will be switching to this shop for future service and bike purchases.Service: 10/10Pricing: 10/10Professionalism: 10/10
