Trek Bicycle Portland Slabtown Reviews
10/10 hands down my go to shop in Portland. The team at the Slabtown Trek shop were fantastic with handling my cycling accident and getting me back out and riding. They were all incredibly kind and knowledgeable in the space and answered all the various questions I had in the process of getting back into the sport. I would highly recommend this location to all Trek and other brand cyclists!
Apr 12, 2025 · Kendall MadisonHad a bent up back wheel on my vintage bike- I dropped it off, they let me use a rental bike free for a week while parts were ordered and the bike was being fixed. Very reasonable cost for replacing the back wheel. Pick up was easy. And the nicest 3 guys working there. Will be back!!
Nov 10, 2024 · Emma JonesGreat selection of high quality brands and products for all of your cycling needs. If they're out of stock of something you can order it easily. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable without being pushy. Overall, very accommodating, friendly and helpful. I bought a pair of cycling shoes and stainless steel water bottles, and Justin went above and beyond to install the cleets for me. My partner bought a couple jerseys and bibs, and when he had to exchange for a different size it was effortless.
Feb 13, 2025 · Rio ShayneAmazing! I’m so stoked these guys set up shop in the heart of Slabtown. Super cool space and full lineup of every genre bike aside, the team and service at this location are GEMS. They don’t discriminate in terms of make and model bike or did they flinch when I brought in my odd ride for service I couldn’t articulate. Every other bike shop in Portland is either intimidating, makes me feel dumb, lectures me about long wait times, or bristles at my make and model ride. I just might be found simply hanging out at their cool space, which is liable to spill out into a block party when the summer months hit. Nuff said: the advent of this location opening is a game changer.
Mar 13, 2024 · Amy VanTasselLove love love the Trek team... for maintenance, sales and repair. I have taken my ebike in for a couple tune ups and other things. It is consistently a great experience. Cleo just spent time trying to figure out a throttle issue and it was not exactly straightforward, but they took the time and solved it. Joe spent time with me when I needed some brainstorming on which kind of locks to buy and how to use them on my odd sized, chunky bike. I am so grateful for having this shop right here in Slabtown! I always learn more about my bike each time I bring it in because all of them are so focused and patient. I have not had this experience at other bike shops and I have been to quite a few. It can be intimidating entering the bike commuter life and they just make it so much easier for me.
