I brought my 26 year old Raleigh mountain bike here to have the gears serviced after they seized up. Jim (the owner) was upfront about the cost, which was a lot less expensive than I thought, and said he would call when it was ready. Thinking that it was going to take a day or two, I was surprised when a few hours later he called me to tell me it was ready.I highly recommend Burbank Bike Shop. Jim and his colleagues are knowledgeable, polite and they know how to fix bikes - which is why I'm giving them 5 stars!

Got this BMX S&M Bruser bar to work on my mountain bike. Adding 6" BMX bars took pressure off my wrists. Standing up to pedal is less awkward. Make sure you get the proper stem to connect the bars firmly to your fork. It's made of cromoly so is a 25 oz more the the Azonic alum bars it replaced.

Amazing service. Jim, the owner, helped replace a road bike under warranty for a cracked frame... 15 years after we bought it from them!They had to try multiple days to get hold of the Specialized warranty dept, which turns out is very difficult these days, but they did it. I couldn't be happier with the shop.We've purchased a few bikes from them over the years, and I'll continue to recommend them.

Great and trustworthy place to get repairs done.I walked in hoping they could take a look at and fix my bike chain that had been skipping a lot. The friendly gentleman at the front immediately took a look and figured out I’d need a new bike chain, while also being very transparent about the issue my bike chain was having and why it needed replaced.I was able to pick up my bike less than 24 hours later and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I’ll definitely be back if I need any repairs or service done on my bike in the future. Thanks guys!
