West Georgia Cycling Reviews
I've had two repairs done on two different bikes (both broken spokes) and was very happy with the service and price. Adam and Johnny are true experts, and Johnny is great at truing wheels! They also are very involved in the community and promote riding the Greenbelt. These guys deserve your business!
Feb 20, 2025 · Greg WolkinsI walked in with no knowledge of bikes or what I would need starting out. They took their time, listened to me and helped me pick out the perfect bike. I couldn't be happier with the shop!
May 25, 2025 · Matthew StachowiczMy wife and I went in yesterday because we were looking to buy a couple of bikes and start doing some riding. The owner was not pushy AT ALL. He helped us pick out a couple of bikes that we really liked and a rack for my wife's car. He then made sure the tires had plenty of air and checked a few more things on the bikes before he loaded them in the truck for us. Super nice and helpful. Highly Recommend.
Sep 26, 2023 · Micky SummervilleExcellent pricing on service work, very satisfied customer here. Tuneup prices cannot be beat. Also went there on one occasion for new tires, another bike shop had told me they couldn’t put tires on for a week; they had tires on and me on my way in 30 minutes.
Apr 19, 2024 · Juan MarcoDropped my bike off for a simple tune up, front flat repair and new handle bar wraps on a Friday. I phoned the shop Monday to check on the status. Was told they had to order the white handlebar wrap material, which would likely be in on Wednesday or Thursday, which was fine by me and my work schedule anyways. I didn't from them all week, so Saturday morning I called again. They hadn't touched the bike yet but assured me everything was in and they'd have it done that day. Got a call a little that day about 1pm that the bike was ready for pickup. Went and picked it up and everything looked good. Then, I went to go ride it the next day and the front tire was flat again.. To wait that long and still not be rideable is unacceptable. Super disappointed, especially after reading all the other great reviews.**Update: within an hour of posting my initial one-star review I was contacted by the shop and they offered to come into work on their day off and make things right! Got me fixed up pretty quickly, was very apologetic, and offered to reimburse my entire bill from the day before. I was happy with just getting it fixed up so I could still ride that day, but greatly appreciated the offer. Will still go back for service in the future.
