Trek Bicycle Stuyvesant Town Reviews
Just had an excellent experience at Trek StuyTown. The professionalism, knowledge, unbiased opinions, and friendly demeanor of each of the 3 associates I interacted with was greatly appreciated. The quality and selection of the bicycles and accessories was top notch. In fact I ended up making an unplanned purchase of a new bicycle with numerous accessories. A big shout out to Brittany, Ash, and Ian.In again for a tire pump, real nice product . . . quality, good price. And the shop has a great selection of bicycles and accessories!
Jun 14, 2025 · Reid G.I can't say enough about how awesome the staff are at this Trek store. They are so informative, apply zero sales pressure, and are looking to get you a bike that meets your personal needs - they don't try to upsell but try to sell you exactly what meets your needs. When I first went in, I took up about an hour of Britney's time asking basic questions about different bikes and I hadn't even committed to buying a Trek! But given her knowledge, the amazing staff that was awesome to speak with and be around, the willingness to help me get into a bike for me, I ended up purchasing one!I am certain that moving forward they will be a great asset for information, bike service, and helping me with my next bike purchase (my understanding is that once you get into the bike game, you can't own just one bike :) ).thank you so much!!!!
