Thunder E-Bike Reviews
They installed my entire rare wheel that was recently stolen but (I bought the new one from the original manufacturer). I was generally satisfied with the replacement but while doing it they probably accidentally disconnected my brake light. So I went there to get it fixed and was ready to pay for it. When the older guy checked the issue, he most likely realized that it would take too much work and all of a sudden started telling me that the store doesn’t offer the entire wheel repair or replacement and he never touched my bike! When I tried to explain and remain him that at the same time he changed my both tires as well and helped me put my bike into trunk he just left pretending talking on the phone! Also, he asked me for the receipt even though he never gave me any. I’ve been there at least 10 times in the last year, year and an half and have always paid in cash.Such a disrespect and disappointment! Will never go there again!
Jun 30, 2025 · B GThis place is an absolute nightmare. I brought my motorcycle in for a simple wheel fix, and when I got it back, there was new damage that definitely wasn't there before. Naturally, I went back to have them rectify their mistake, and that's when things went completely sideways. The owner refused to even listen to what I had to say and then proceeded to make me wait around for a ridiculous amount of time. When he finally did address me, he had a truly awful attitude and had the audacity to accuse me of not getting the repair done there in the first place, despite the fact that I had just picked up my bike! I even told him to check his security camera footage to prove he was lying, but he just brushed me off, clearly knowing he'd messed up my motorcycle. Avoid this shop at all costs unless you enjoy being treated terribly and having your property mishandled.
May 22, 2025 · Allen EllyDamn I didn't think I would actually leave a review like that but here we go:Went to this bike repair/selling shop a few months ago. I brought them new disc brakes for my bike. They managed to fit one but couldn't fit the other one. After a looong time they told me that it Doesnt fit. Fun fact, I went to another bike repair shop and they fit the other brake disc perfectly in 5 mins. They thing that made me real mad though is that, today I went there to bleed my brakes and a realized that they were closed at 5:40pm and they say they close at 6:30...Overall experience not so good. I wish i could give them another chance but when i saw they weret struggling to fit the brake disc and they were kinda hitting it to fit.. nahh not again
Feb 19, 2025 · MineTopia SMPDropped off my bike to get my key switched out when I came back the job was doneBut my bike was missing a pieceI didn’t notice till my ride home. When I can back to inquire they said they had no idea..I had just bought this bike in “Like new”condition and it was my first rideI showed the photos for further proof and they just deniedWill not be coming backif you service your bike here make sure you take pictures of everything on your bike before and after. On another note I understand that this piece does not make my bike any less effective but it is the idea that you go to service your bike thinking this is a place you can trust not to have bits and pieces taken from your bike.Would not be surprised if they are re selling these small pieces to others
