Trek Bicycle Store of Charlotte Reviews
What an amazing experience our visit to this store was! HUGE shout-out to Ang, who was able to answer every single question we had without hesitation, and she was as helpful and friendly as she is knowledgeable! We absolutely love our new e-bikes, as well as all of the accessories we found for them in the shop. We also found that their service department is quick, efficient, and competent, as they took care of our older bikes while we shopped and test-drove the e-bikes on the super close by Greenway.
May 01, 2025 · wandaa mooreWent in to Trek on Johnston Rd to purchase a bike for my grandsons graduation and an electric bike for his mother. Young lady was not helpful nor seemed interested. She stood behind the counter and never approached us. I went to her and told her we wanted bikes and I started walking to the bike racks to look, assuming she would come and explain price points and show us the best size for my grandson. A lady of color walked in with her kids and she went to them and never acknowledged us. I caught the man working on bikes as he passed and asked for help, he said he doesn’t sell, just works on them. The owner is losing sales by employing that young lady. She is no salesperson.
Jun 10, 2025 · WilliamExcellent customer service. All of the staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. I have a great experience every time I walk in the store!
Jul 03, 2025 · Brent KeeferIgnored by employees (there were about 4 at the time) even after they had finished their conversations with other customers. We had to basically chase someone down to be able to PURCHASE a bike! Didn’t end up buying one. We had a decent experience literally the day before, but the employees were quite rude this time and it was very disappointing. We tried to speak to a woman at the front but she refused to even make eye contact with us.
Apr 05, 2025 · Marlen CardenasI purchased a Fuel EX E bike from grant… the bike was on the showroom floor for $7400. They then offered me a “deal” of $5500 only to find out the bike is being sold on treks website for $4700.After asking Grant the salesman about the soft pathetic brakes that are featured on this incredible machine, Grant proceeded to inform me that all that was needed was a minor adjustment at the lever. Come to find out the brake lines were completely full of air and failed during the first ride. He was a liar and incompetent. They robbed me and put in me danger.
