Aug 22, 2024 · Fouad BerryI love The Hub and Back Alley Bikes! Whether I need a piece of advice, a new tube, or a full tune up, The Hub is always my first stop. The staff is always super kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The shop always has quality bikes and if they don’t have the parts I’m looking for they are quick to offer placing an order. Back Alley is also an incredible asset to have around with the amount of apartment dwellers that lack ample space to wrench on bikes. I love The Hub and Back Alley and I will tell anybody that will listen!!
Sep 19, 2024 · Jonathan CookHelped me fix my bike at very affordable price, no rip off like other shops. Definitely recommend it.They are very busy during summer times.
Mar 18, 2024 · Hanspal KahlonHad some major issues with the Hub and a staff member, my bike was there for six weeks- but the manager (kyle) stepped up and did some damage control. after speaking w/ him, i felt a lot better. i will stay away from this place in the future due to the length of time it took for tune-up and the interaction with said staff member. however it must be acknowledged that they did an excellent job on the tune-up/repair- my bike rides better than it ever has. i was also financially compensated for the whole ordeal (generous discount and wholesale cost on part).overall- this is a good shop with people that care about their work and their customers. i had some bad luck with the place, but that does not mean you will, too. my advice is to get a quote on the price beforehand, as well as a time table of when your bike will be done. don't wait three weeks to contact them if you don't hear from them after a week. talk to kyle if you have issues, he will make it right.
Jul 31, 2015 · Maggie KantolaThey have been fixing my bikes for years. Very affordable. Recently helped me restore my clunker. I like that they often have used parts to help you keep your price low. As long as I'm in Detroit they'll have my business!
