Roy's Cyclery Reviews
Mike and the rest of the team are amazing.I walked in this morning to purchase a mountain bike for my son and I.This shop has old school customer service where the customer service is priority.Mike could have sold me 2 bikes instead of 1 but told me to wait on my son's $3,000 Mountain E Bike because he's 13 and will grow out of it fast. He said to wait a bit longer and come back so we can get him a bike that will work for him much longer. No one upsold me, no one pressured me and when I got back from my ride I had a voicemail to see if I had any questions. If you get an opportunity to stop by that shop in Upland or if you care about supporting shops like this one please take my review in consideration and give them a chance.I live next to another shop that is 2 minutes from my house and once they sold to a bigger company they screwed up by not concentrating on purchasing the customer service. I won't say what bike shop but if your in San Dimas you know which place it is.
Apr 28, 2025 · Naji JabbourWe went in expecting to get four tubes for our children’s bikes, They were so polite and helped us by informing us that the tires only needed air. They also pointed out the mistakes we made putting the bikes together and fixed those as well.Would definitely recommend top tier service. Visit Roy’s Cyclery, you will not be disappointed!
Jun 29, 2025 · Daisha DowningRoy’s Cyclery is the spot! I was looking for a bike to commute to work so I came in a few times to get more information on e-bikes & they were knowledgeable in explaining the difference between pedal assist bikes and throttle bikes. I ended purchasing the Specialized Vado 4.0, best investment. Lala was able to set me up with the right accessories and tips how to keep my bike tuned for a first time e-bike rider. Def coming back for my tune up!
Jun 27, 2025 · J VidalI was yelled at for not entering the correct door, which made me feel uncomfortable because why are you yelling at 9 am in the morning. I'm not a child, and surely am careful enough NOT to hit any bikes that are already there. And one of the mechanics (shorter guy with glasses) dropped my bike and didn't pick it up, go figure when it's other people's property they are OK with damaging it. Seems like he was bothered that I wasn't interacting with him or something. The lady at the front desk is nice but she didn't give me the correct change and I didn't notice until I got home. My attention was on my bike that dude dropped
May 31, 2025 · zyngr29I had the great esteemed gratitude of being assisted by Diego and John this evening when my Schwinn Classic's chain was slipped and I was without knowledge on how to make the remedial repair. In my misunderstanding of how the chain is assembled on the rear wheel sprocket, I actually left a disordered tangling, but these two gentlemen were patient and adept to provision the repair relatively easy and quick. Thank you and your team for delivering quality care. It was my gratitude as well that this vendor/repair shop is located conveniently close to the Metrolink train transit, so it is only a short walk with the bicycle. May peace be upon you, and may your days approach with good grace and virtue.23 "And whatever you do, do it heartily,"Colossians 3:23a
