Roberts Cycle Bike Shop Reviews
5 Stars – Great Local Bike Shop!I had a fantastic experience at this bike shop! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect bike for my needs—no pressure, just honest advice. Maria took the time to walk me through some maintenance tips and made sure I left with the right gear. Richard handled a quick tune-up on my old bike, and it’s riding smoother than ever. It’s rare to find a shop where everyone clearly loves what they do and treats customers like neighbors. Whether you’re a casual rider or a serious cyclist, I highly recommend stopping in. You won’t be disappointed!
Jun 20, 2025 · Curtis RRobert and his team were extremely knowledgeable and honest in their work. Having been in the business for over 50 years, Robert knows bikes like the back of his hand. I especially appreciated that he was upfront about what services/replacements I didn’t need; so many other big name bike shops will try to squeeze every penny out of customers for things they don’t even need. Not here. I’ll be back!
May 31, 2025 · Zainab FerozeI took a road bike in that I've had for over a decade that had been practically ridden into the ground - it needed new everything. Took it to other shops before, but they all refused to touch it. Robert's got it back in action for a very affordable price. Super happy with the service!
Jun 18, 2025 · Ned MartoThis place is a rip-off. I went in to get my electric scooter fixed, and the mechanic quoted me $75. Two days later, I got a call saying the price would be $180. They’re just trying to take advantage of customers. I couldn’t do business with someone who couldn’t keep their word, so I took my scooter back home. It was a total waste of time. I highly recommend avoiding this shop if you’re looking to get your electric scooter fixed.
Feb 03, 2025 · 67 LEGENDSI had problems with squealing in my brakes and tires. I thought I needed an overhaul, but when I went to Roberts they gave me a free checkup. Turns out I only needed brake adjustments plus some lubrication. I didn't pay the regular tune-up price, but less than $30. The shop is definitely not out to rip anybody off, and actually tries to service your bike for the most reasonable cost. I can recommend them to anyone with a bicycle, or an electric bike or scooter.
