Came in 15 minutes before closing but Alex and Chris were very nice and informative anyways with fixing my bike! They fixed up my bike for no charge since they had previously fixed it a couple weeks earlier (30 day guarantee). Quick and very friendly!
Jun 24, 2025 · Alessandra MarianoA good friend of mine is a bike riding enthusiast, and I know this is his store of choice. I went in with little idea of what I wanted to buy - other than that I wanted to buy a bike. I was assisted (or I should write "guided") by Sprite, who did a wonderful job of listening to what I thought I needed and steered me in the right direction with a new bike at a great price. Great bike shop!
Jun 30, 2025 · Neil PaganoShelby helped my 12 year old pick the right bicycle. She was patient and thorough. Never felt rushed or pressured. Shelby did a great job listening to my daughter's input and treated her like a valued customer.
Jun 29, 2025 · Patricia WichnerThey significantly lack in knowledge and expertise in anything kid related. I’ve visited twice, and my most recent encounter was extremely uncomfortable. I visited looking for a rear mounting rack that the service desk could then install onto my bike, which I rode to the shop. No frills—just the basics. I made that very clear upfront. The Salesman asked for what purpose, and I said for a child bike seat. He said he’d need to see the seat first to know what kind of rear mount to get. I informed him that I did my research and that I just needed a basic mount. He insisted that not bringing the seat was a bad idea because I could end up buying a mount that doesn’t fit. I said that the seat is a really common bike seat and doesn’t come with a mount or any custom parts because it’s made to move from bike to bike easily. I noted that I really didn’t need his help was there primarily for convenience, so I could get everything done at once instead of ordering from Amazon and installing myself, because I’m busy. He asked what mounts I was looking at on Amazon—I said the basic ones. He seemed confused so I asked what the difference between the mounts were. He said one is extra long, one is regular, and one had an option to add saddle bags. I said I’d like the regular one. When I saw the price tag, I told him I changed my mind. He insisted I check the service desk to see if they could order one.As I walked to the service desk, he told me to bring my bike, which he’d instructed me on how and where to park moments earlier, to the desk. I walked the bike 4 feet to the desk and said I would like to get a rear mount. The servicer asked if I had one, and I said no. He then tapped the same salesman and asked him for help. Before the salesman could finish beginning another lecture about how I should have the seat with me, which simply and literally is intended to slide into a mount, which I knew with certainty and had told him so, I said that’s alright I’ll just get one somewhere else. The sales manager then decided to ask what the problem was as though my time hadn’t been wasted and I hadn’t had my intelligence insulted enough, and explained that unfortunately they can’t match amazon prices—which I was completely fine with. I really just wanted to leave. The last time I brought a bike in there to be serviced, they installed a new chain improperly, resulting in it falling off. My neighbor found that the wheel was set back too far—idk why I had even bothered to give these people business again. It is unfortunate they don’t seem to have the aptitude to provide basic service to people who want to bike for leisure. If you bike for leisure I’d stay away from the business unless you want to be treated like garbage.
Jun 28, 2025 · Lindsey WadeI needed a tube replaced in the tire of my daughter’s bike. They were so friendly and knowledgeable and the service was so quick. Never once did I feel pressured to buy anything in the store or look at a different bike and everybody was genuinely so nice to deal with. Will 100% go back when it is time to size up my daughter’s bike.
