Roadrunner Bicycles Reviews
I recently sold my old, loved, mountain bike at Roadrunner, and I had such a good experience! Elliott made the process super fair and easy and made sure I knew all my options. Thank you, for such a straightforward experience! Im enjoying the space gained from having one less bike :)
Jul 03, 2025 · Meaghan TorvundMoved out of Tucson a little while ago, but this was my favorite bike shop while I was in town and I tried a few. I was thinking about them recently as I rode the hardtail I bough here the length of Oregon! Good work, good prices, and just very good vibes (which can be surprisingly hard to find in bike shops).
Jun 28, 2025 · Ned TilbrookGreat bike shop. Renting a hybrid was easy and economical ($45/24 hours, a great deal). Great bike had a fun time on it. The staff were all great too and gave some good cycling recommendations.
Apr 02, 2025 · Kyle ClarkSo far ive had mixed experiences here. First their website is vague to say the least, when looking for parts they dont list anything but if you want to rent a bike they got you. Services also vague but they have a cookie cutter price layout for those that can afford to drop their bike off for 3 days. Ill come back but only because they wasnt like the clowns down the road that only sell bikes by appointment(you know who you are copperspokecycles who will never get any buisness if i got anything to do about it).
Jul 02, 2025 · TRAVIS PARTRIDGEGreat experience with Roadrunner. We got the Giant contender AR 1's with gravel tires. Pretty light for alum frame/ carbon fork and my buddy is now tempted to buy one! I ride a full carbon at home and couldn't tell much difference, both run shumano 105.Elliott was great, he agreed to let us pickup bikes night before and when there was an issue he resolved it. We had rented a car bike rack and the last one was returned broken. As our hotel was across town, Elliott brought bikes in truck to our hotel and then sourced a new car rack and dropped off early next morning. This allowed us to get down to Patagonia on time for our ride. He also provided us with suggested trails to try out.Elliott and colleagues were great and hugely helpful in all interactions. Reasonably priced as well, when compared to competition.Thank you Roadrunner!
