Phoenix Bikes Reviews
Phoenix Bikes offers free youth programs focused on bike building and repair. I love the concept to combine a bike shop with educational programs for youth and that they offer a full-service bike shop and repair. They live their mission!I have a rather finicky bike. Emma, Eben, and Suhieb have on multiple occasions patiently helped fix it for me. Recently, I needed the front derailleur replaced. My bicycle smoothly changes gears now; whereas before I had to shift multiple times to get it into the new gear IF I was lucky to get it there. Thank you!

Apr 21, 2024 · RugbyWhen today there to fix the chain of my bike anne took care of myself since the moment I got into the shop, she was very helpful and make me feel like my bike was on the best hands. In about 10 mins I was walking out of there with my bike fixed. I am very happy with their service and thanks to anne for being so professional and for her excellent customer service.
Mar 27, 2025 · tomas castilloI bought my first adult bike here today!Phoenix Bikes exuded such a warm kindness to me from the moment I walked in today. I had scoped out a bike that seemed to be what I was looking for online before coming in, and Anne was able to get me set up with it right away for a test drive. She patiently explained everything I needed to know in the context of being a total newcomer to the hobby, and I never once felt intimidated by anything.I was able to take a little test ride in the courtyard adjacent to their building, and took my feedback back to Anne, who immediately worked on making some adjustments to the bike so it was ready to go. Anne is amazing and a total sweetheart who got me very excited about getting into biking!Throughout my roughly one hour in the store, I had the pleasure of watching participants in Phoenix's youth program work diligently on their bikes in the shop. I also watched a few younger kids come into the shop, excited to sign up for the program!I'm so happy to have supported Phoenix today and I'm incredibly impressed by the condition and quality of the bike that I purchased for the price that I paid. I absolutely recommend it here and look forward to coming back when it's time to service my new bike!
