Perennial Cycle Reviews
A cargobike is the best purchase I’ve ever made for myself and my family. This shop has a wide variety of bikes for every person out there. Rent one to get a feel! Luke and Elsa helped my kids stay occupied so we could talk bikes. There are ample accessories, gear, bags, and swag here too. Hint: Reflective stickers of endangered animals and a pepper bike bell? What more could a kid want for their birthday!? The organized rides and community support are also on point here. Support local already and get here!
Mar 29, 2025 · Emily MillerWhat a great experience testing out some e-bikes with Luke! He was so helpful and knowledgeable. We pre booked our test run appointment online. During our 45 minute consultation we were able to try different bikes and the kids even got to ride with me. Highly recommend this shop if you are in the market for a family e-bike.
May 17, 2025 · Dalia BautistaThis is a fantastic bicycle repair shop! They restored a bicycle that had been gifted to me and needed major repairs. The day after I brought it in, they let me know what specifically needed to be done and the cost, which was reasonable and expected. Even though they told me it could take a week to ten days, they finished in three days.(It was spring.) When I picked it up, the mechanic, Daniel, came out and explained what he did. The restored bike rides like new! I will definitely be returning!
May 30, 2025 · Thomas TrampfPerennial Cycle – 5 StarsThis isn’t just a bike shop—it’s a sacred temple where rubber meets the divine. I walked in with a broken derailleur and left with spiritual alignment. The employees don’t “fix bikes”—they commune with them. I watched one tech whisper gently to a chain until it reattached itself out of pure respect. They handed me a bell that only rings when I’m morally correct. Their tire pump increased my PSI and my serotonin. I bought a saddle bag and now sleep better at night. One staff member adjusted my brakes and casually solved my commitment issues.Perennial Cycle is more than a store. It’s a lifestyle. It’s a prophecy. It’s two wheels and endless possibilities.Five stars. May your cadence be true.
May 22, 2025 · Jeffrey TruckenmillerLooking to get some dynamo wiring led me to Perennial.I called ahead of time to see if I needed to set up a service appointment and the individual I spoke with told me I could just bring it in and wait while the work got done. I informed them that it wouldn’t be until Friday or Saturday and they told me that would be no problem.Friday I showed up at 9:15 AM and was told the “dynamo guy” wasn’t around and wouldn’t be back until Monday but that the mechanic on hand could do it. So I explained what I was looking for and the mechanic told me it would be done around 1-2 PM and they’d give me a call when the work was done. I did not receive a call Friday.Saturday I called numerous times with no answer. About 10 minutes before closing I called again and the individual I spoke with said that I must have slipped through the cracks because they didn’t know anything about what I had dropped off, have any work order notes, and no work was done. I was told to also send an email to service explaining what I was looking for and that the work would get done Monday.Monday I got a text that the work was done and ready for pick up. I responded to that text with a question about the dynamo light and received no response. My partner was in the area later in the day and went to pick up the dynamo light. I had her put me on speaker so I could ask the question I had texted earlier and the individual she was dealing with said she had seen that question but never got to asking. My partner then asked if she could talk to the “dynamo guy” to ask the question and the individual stated that he was now busy with another customer.I just told my partner to leave and I would call Peter White to get my question answered. The work looks good from what I can tell but they do not value your time here.
