Loose Nuts Cycles Reviews
I called on Tuesday to inquire about getting my bike a simple tuneup. I inquired how long would it take, I was told anywhere from 30 min to an hour. I told the guy I would bring the bike in after work. I arrive around 5pm. I told the guy there’s no rush, but I needed the bike back by Friday b/c I was going for a ride on Saturday morning. He said no problem. Wrote up the invoice and set it to me in a text message. He said be fore I come back give them a text. I didn’t hear anything from anyone all day Friday, so I waited until 4:24pm to text and see if the bike was ready to be picked up. They text back right away and said the bike was scheduled to be worked today, likely to be next on the stand. So I waited until 6:45pm to go pick up the bike since they close at 7pm. When I arrived, I was greeted, I gave my name, he checked the system to only say the bike was not ready. Needless to say, I was taken back. The was no type of apology or anything, just a simple the bike is not ready. They had 3 days to work on the bike. When I dropped the bike off, I said I needed the bike back by Friday evening. I was assured the bike would be ready by then. I stated to the guy, this was a waste of my time, i could have taken the bike to another shop if I knew the bike was not going to be ready. He was and got my bike, and I said once again, thanks for wasting my time. He proceeded to tell me I need to adjust my attitude next time. How about you guys adjust your customer service next time. How about an apology for not having my bike ready when promised. There’s no need for me to adjust my attitude because I will never go to this business again.

Feb 06, 2025 · Slade EricksonThese guys are great. Took care of a weird issue on my bike and didn’t oversell me. He even took a little extra effort to get me dialed in. Cool spot too in a quiet part of town. I’ll definitely be back.
Dec 23, 2017 · Max UppThese guys discovered a dangerous and fairly obvious problem that was missed by another shop, which allowed me to keep riding my bike. I am very grateful to David and will keep coming back!
May 16, 2025 · Cashelle RoseWhat a bike shop, the kind of place that becomes your new favorite bike shop before you even walk in the door.
