★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I'm very happy with the service received here. I ordered a bike from Trek that was delivered within a couple of days to this location. The bike was built and ready for pick up within a couple of days. I also made a few purchases to add on to the bike. They immediately added those pieces to the bike. I would definitely recommend them to friends.
Mar 01, 2025 · JohnJo HallI called and asked for a 2.30-2.40 bike tube for my son’s bike. He said he had one in stock. He gave me a 1.50-2.25 one, said it would work. After I left, the individual fixing the bike for my son said it wasn’t the proper size and the individual whom I bought the bike from down the road returned a call and said he had the proper size tube in stock. I turned around to return it, and he downright refused to return it and became argumentative. He tossed me a second one, said he’d give me two but wouldn’t return it. He asked me where I bought the bike from and when I told him, threw his arms up, raised his voice stated good luck there!!! Said they only wanted to get me for my money. Even if it might had worked, it wasn’t the size I asked for, or the proper tube for my son’s bike. Character means something, and if you have to speak ill on other businesses to try to obtain my business, while selling me something I didn’t ask for & refusing to return an item.. says more about you than anyone else. I know now to only go to Deluxx Bikes and never step foot at In Gear again. Btw. Deluxx tossed me the tube for free and didn’t stoop to the level of speaking ill on anyone even tho it was done to him. That says something!!! Do better In Gear!
Jun 08, 2024 · Amber MayberryCalled and instead of a good morning or hello it was a very impatient yeaaa? And I asked if this was the bike shop thinking it wasn't because who would answer the phone like that and he gave me another impatient year, I hung up, lousy and unprofessional. Went to deluxe bikes in Lebanon, totally diffrent and wonderful experience
Sep 11, 2024 · Terry StoudtBrandon is not only an expert mechanic, his customer service levels are unparalleled. I will only buy and get my bikes serviced at Cleona In Gear because of the skill, honesty, and integrity that he brings to the business.
Jul 15, 2024 · J GStopped in and got some help with my tubeless tires bought some products and was encouraged with the knowledge. They recommended I have my shocks rebuilt. Decided to take my bike in. Took it on a Saturday because they have no weeknight hours. The helpful man wasn’t there but another gentleman that took my info. I explained I needed my brakes fixed, gears adjusted and shocks rebuilt. Tuesday I get a text that my bike is done. Leave work early to get there and all they did was adjust the gears?? I said what about the brakes and the shocks. He said that’s not included in a tune up. I never asked for a tune up. How about looking at my bike…. Calling me with recommendations and a quote. Not sure how they stay in business. Not customer centric at all.Good luck if you go there. And I hope you don’t work till 5pm or it will be a week to get your bike back
