GPA'S BIKE SHOP Reviews
We heard from a friend how excellent they were. He was absolutely right. Mark and Bill were very knowledgeable and accommodating of all our questions. This was our first time buying an e-bike so we had a lot of them. There wasn’t anything they could not answer. They went over the options and benefits of the 2 bikes we were interested in. I decided on the Aventon Level 3. When the bike came in they assembled it right away. I am extremely happy with the bike. It is a lot of fun. I highly recommend Gpa’s for the excellent service, customer service, friendliness, and knowledge. They are the best!
May 17, 2025 · Ronald CorradoMark helped me plan out a complete rebuild of my older Litespeed titanium road bike with updated parts. The bike is running flawlessly. Mark is a great shop owner and shows a lot of pride and excitement in his work. Looking forward to returning for all future repairs and builds.
Jan 02, 2025 · Robert BadgleyI recently moved into highland with my wife. We are excited to enjoy all the trails nearby and needed our bikes fixed (tune up, tires and some other things) I tried other bike shops, but Mark, Billy and the gang really went above and beyond. They were all very passionate about bikes and spent time explaining all the details with my two bikes. They even had the tune up and repairs done in a day! Solid work and I’m excited to test them out!
Apr 27, 2025 · Esau Cruz GutierrezI have a very old specialized epic with carbon fiber frame, aluminum joints, and shimino 105 shifters. I brought the bike in January 2024 to get it back up and running since have not rode in years.Mark was excellent to talk to and knew his stuff such as the history of the bike and components. We discussed new seat for better prostate protection, tires for smoother rides, bar wraps etc. all of the recommendations were spot onI worked as a teenager in bike sales. Was not good with tools so I understand the lingo and if being upsold. For example my rims are very good and he did not go on about how I needed new ones. He just told me those rims are perfectMark is honest passionate about bikes and meeting the customer needsI rode the bike for 2 miles on January 11 just to test and it rides better than when I bought it.Highly recommend mark and his shop and support local businessYou want a great bike shop see Mark**************************************Quick update. This year I have ridden over 1000 miles on the specialized bike. I wanted to explore gravel trails so I chatted with Mark and he recommended a GT gravel bike. He matched me up perfectly with frame size, seat adjustments, and shoe fittings. Overall I have ridden this new bike for over 60 miles and it is very comfortable.I highly recommend Mark as he is great to work with and a professional. He ensures what he sells meets your needs and his prices are comparable to Amazon. However, he is better than Amazon as you get professional advice. Keep up the great work and thank you for being a local bike shop!
