Full Flow Suspension Reviews
I dropped my Olins shock and fork off in January 2025 to be serviced. In February the fork and a "Loaner Fox Shock" was shipped back to me. The shock apparently need a part that needed to be ordered. I have been calling for the past three months with no answer and the mailbox indicated it was full. I tried e mailing and that was unsuccessful. I am assuming that he is out of business. I live two hours away and have not driven there.
May 01, 2025 · Brian OdellFull Flow and Michael have done a fantastic job with my suspension. Rockshox front and rear service with a Vorsprung upgrade. The bike feels better than it did new. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and willing to work around schedules. He was knowledgeable beyond the normal suspension conversations and took the time to share his knowledge so I can better understand how to get the best ride. A consummate pro, running a professional caliber suspension shop. We are fortunate to have this expertise and customer service in Auburn, CA. Thanks!!!
May 28, 2019 · Brian PointerMichael did a great job. I came to him with a Fox Float X off of my Stumpjumper EVO that was squelching, and a Fox 36 that was overdue for service. Michael was able to give me a straightforward price and turnaround time, as well as providing me with information regarding practical service intervals. He definitely knows his stuff. Servicing my shock through Full Flow saved me many weeks of waiting if I had gone through Fox Factory, and the prices were comparable and fair.Michael was able to turn around my suspension within the week, and explain to me what he saw inside the shock and fork. Communication was pretty good, and again, really impressed with the turn around time. 100% will service my suspension here again.
May 23, 2024 · Forest KanNo answer to calls. Emails get returned for address not existing. DO NOT BUY. You will have to charge back your card
May 14, 2025 · John FarleyMichael was super helpful in getting me setup with a coil shock. Not only that, he went out of his way to get the shock sent out and in my hands the next day, saving my weekend! Everyone should go give him business because I owe him huge! This was a level of customer service that I very rarely experience.
