BikeBerry (Online Only)

735 Challenger St, Brea, CA 92821, USA

4.0
Worst company products and service i wish I would have researched them more. I ordered a bike and motor kit, it took well over a month to recieve, the more wasn't assembled i tried to return but learned i had to pay return shipping costs and pay 15% restock and wasn't guaranteed a full refund. I choice keep the kit and while building the motor i was assembling the head of the motor and the bolt in the head snapped off the motor is a loss, so disappointed don't do with this company if you want quality product. 100% garbage. - Robb Sarmento

BikeBerry (Online Only) Introduce

For many Californians, cycling isn't just a hobby; it's a lifestyle, a mode of transport, and a way to explore the state's diverse landscapes. While traditional bicycles offer their own charm, there's a growing segment of riders looking to enhance their experience with a little extra power. This is where motorized bicycles and electric bike kits come into play, offering the best of both worlds – the freedom of cycling with the added assistance of an engine or electric motor. If you’re a local user in California eager to delve into this exciting world, BikeBerry stands out as a significant online resource.

BikeBerry is an online-only retailer specializing in motorized bicycle kits, electric bike kits, and a vast array of parts and accessories. Unlike traditional brick-and-mortar bicycle stores that primarily sell fully assembled bikes, BikeBerry caters to the DIY enthusiast, the tinkerer, and anyone interested in converting a standard bicycle into a more powerful, assisted ride. They aim to empower individuals to build and customize their own motorized or electric bicycles, providing the components and support needed to bring these unique projects to life.

Operating exclusively online, BikeBerry offers a broad inventory that might not be found in typical local bike shops. This online model allows them to reach customers across California and beyond, delivering specialized products directly to your doorstep. While this setup means you can't walk into a physical showroom to browse, it opens up a world of possibilities for customization and allows them to focus on a niche market of engine and electric conversion kits.

Location and Accessibility

BikeBerry’s physical address is 735 Challenger St, Brea, CA 92821, USA. However, it is crucial for California residents to note that BikeBerry operates as an Online Only store. This means that while their operational and shipping hub is located in Brea, a city in Orange County, California, customers cannot visit a physical retail storefront for in-person shopping, Browse, or immediate pick-ups.

For local users in California, this "online only" model translates into accessibility through their website. Customers can access BikeBerry's full product catalog, place orders, and manage their purchases from anywhere with an internet connection, whether they are in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, or a more rural part of the state. Products are then shipped directly from their Brea location, or potentially from other warehouses if they utilize a distributed network, to the customer's specified address.

The advantage of an online-only presence for California residents is the convenience of Browse and ordering specialized bicycle conversion kits and parts from the comfort of their home. This eliminates the need to travel to a physical store, which might be far away for many, especially when seeking niche items like engine kits or specific motorized bicycle components. Despite being online, having a physical base in Brea, CA, can potentially mean faster shipping times for customers within California compared to companies based out of state.

Services Offered

  • Motorized Bicycle Kits: BikeBerry specializes in providing comprehensive kits that allow users to transform standard bicycles into gas-powered motorized bikes. • Electric Bicycle Kits: In addition to gas-powered options, BikeBerry also supplies electric bicycle conversion kits. This allows users to add pedal-assist or full-throttle electric power to their existing bikes, making longer commutes or hill climbs more manageable.

This includes replacement engines, carburetors, clutches, wheels, frames, specialized tires, electrical components, and various accessories to customize or repair existing builds.
