Bike Zone Reviews
"I recently bought a bike for my son’s birthday, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service! My son is in between sizes, so instead of selling me a new bike that he’d outgrow quickly, the team offered an amazing deal on a used bike that was still in great condition. It’s the perfect solution while he grows into the next size. They really went above and beyond to make sure I made the best choice for his needs. Highly recommend this store for their honesty and thoughtful approach!"
Feb 22, 2025 · Andrew RobertsonIf I could give zero stars I would, left my bike in the shop over 2 weeks ago, said they would fix it, ended up not fixing my bike and telling me that they can’t fix it because it’s not profitable enough for them. Keep in mind my only way of commuting is with a bike. So not only did they take it and not fix it, they gaslighted me for two whole weeks and ended up giving me a broken bike back. Never again, absolutely terrible experience.
Jun 26, 2025 · Anja RadicevicI’ve postponed writing this review for 3 months, now I’m hoping it will motivate Bike Zone to take action and resolve the issue. I’ll post an update if there is a change. My first experience with bike zone was to have my e-bike repaired. When I picked up my bike, I spoke with Tim, he was friendly and easy to talk to… we discussed my purchasing a new Pinarello nytro e-bike as a replacement for my bike. I found a new 2022 model online for $2000. When I discussed this with him he said he had the same bike but it would cost an additional $300. I agreed and payed him in full. When I picked up the bike it was a stripped model, not the one we agreed to. When I tried to charge the battery, I found the battery and charger were not compatible. I requested that he provide the charger that comes with the bike. He indicated he needed the model of the bike, battery and charger that he sold to me, information I was surprised he didn’t have since the bike was supposedly new.His current response is that he’s having trouble finding the correct charger. I’ve had no difficulty founding the charger on line and sent him that information. Ive concluded he isn’t making an effort.I feel he baited me with an offer for a new bike and produced a bike with aftermarket components that were not compatible. After paying for the bike in full and waiting three months, he has not rectified the issue. I now have a e-bike without a means of charging the battery.Since the last review: i went to the shop three weeks ago. They promised they would order the charger. I just called and was told it wasn’t available, no explanation why they hadn’t notified me or how they planned to resolve the issue. I don’t know if this is incompetence or deceit.
May 14, 2025 · Dom TedeschiElectric bike rentals were a lot of fun to ride around town and back streets, workers were nice and helpful and the battery lasted a long time.
Jun 25, 2025 · Connor MillerNice bicycle shop with very helpful, friendly staff. It is on the smaller size but perfect for bicycle repairs, necessary gear and items and they have a beautiful selection of new bicycles on the premises. They also have a group ride going out every week from the shop
