Fantastic bike store in Temecula! My husband and I decided to buy our first e-bike here and we are so glad we did! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Ray who was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was so patient with us, and let us test out various e-bikes on different days until we finally decided on ours! He even remembered us both by name the next time we came in! Both Ray & John were so accommodating with us, and Ray even went out of his way by helping us bring one of our bikes home when it didn’t fit in our car. Spectacular service here and we will definitely be coming back for all of our bike needs. Definitely worth a visit, these guys are trustworthy and professional!

From the first time walking in the door, just browsing Raymond and I spoke about my wants and needs Based on my activity level and my size due to me being a larger individual. You walk me through multiple bikes and multiple brands giving me the goods in the bags and what is different between each model. I came back in after a few days of thinking to narrow down my choices. Once again, great customer service the pressure me into buying something I didn’t want or need. When I finally came in to purchase my bike on my third visit, they set me up with the perfect new seat special ordered an actual art treatment for me and I got the bike I wanted. When I came back to pick up my helmet, I got more accessories for my bike. They have won my business with their great attitude towards individual care and they’re amazing outlook towards the sport.

I was the one who had to call to get any updates or info regarding the repairs. Further, they charged me for the warranty labor. I then asked Specialized if they would reimburse me this fee since it was for covered warranty work, and they told me that they have already sent the shop a labor credit. This means that the shop double dipped on the labor! I will not be back.***UPDATE 6/23/25***Originally, I rated my experience 2 stars. However, since posting my review, I was personally contacted by Ulyssis, the President of Bicycle Warehouse. He took meaningful steps to resolve my issue and shared that he would be engaging with both Specialized and the Bicycle Warehouse team to ensure this matter is properly addressed moving forward.His direct involvement and sincere approach are rare and truly appreciated. As a result, I’m updating my review to 5 stars in recognition of Ulyssis's exceptional commitment to customer service. Thank you!
