Baltimore Bicycle Works Reviews
The rear cassette on my GT mountian bike was loose. I brought it in, and the folks at BBW had it fixed on the spot within 5 minutes. This is a great little shop. Fast, friendly service with a smile. Will definitely be back!
Mar 08, 2025 · James TaylorCame in with an issue with my chain. I tried to DIY it and cut the chain too short. I came in and explained my problem and the staff at the front counter educated me (don’t push the pin the whole way through😭) and fixed my chain, setting me up to be able to put it together at home! Extremely helpful, patient. And they did it at no cost! Testament to their great customer service.
Jun 18, 2025 · Aidan MedinaSuper nice staff that are knowledgeable and very helpful. I like that the location is on an actual bike trail. They don't treat you like your are stupid and are willing to explain just about anything. My guy offered me price options for the piece that I needed and helped me adjust my bike for a more comfortable ride.
Sep 26, 2024 · Derrius CropperToday May 15th at 6:40 I had the displeasure of dealing with an individual by the name of Daniel or Danny who was bald-headed who was very rude. I asked for a 26 inner tube and he was very "short" with me & none welcoming. He spoke to me in a condescending manner. He had no patience with helping me get the proper inner Tube. To be fair I'm nerd and maybe my Jedi mind trick reference regarding the price of the inner tube confused him ( I'm sorry). He told me, he l had no time to deal with me and that a more important customer who's bike he was working on required his attention. ( Fair enough) But the vibe was smug and disrespectful or maybe this is just how they treat their black customers. If I never return to this shop again it will be too soon.
May 16, 2025 · Mr CarlThe best bike shop in the city. I bike every day to and from work and would not go anywhere else. I’ve had them finish in 15 minutes what Trek has asked I’d leave my bike in their shop for a week to complete. Worker owned, knowledgeable, and tons of great parts brands and parts.
