Ancheer Introduce
For many Californians, the allure of electric bikes is undeniable. They offer a fantastic way to enjoy the state's beautiful scenery, navigate urban environments, and embrace a more sustainable mode of transportation. When exploring options for electric bicycles, the brand Ancheer may appear in your search, particularly if you're looking at online retailers or platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. This article aims to provide a clear, factual, and informative overview of Ancheer's presence, specifically for local users in the California region, helping you understand their operational model and what to expect as a potential customer.
Ancheer, as a brand, manufactures a range of personal electric vehicles, including electric bikes and treadmills. However, their presence in California operates differently from a traditional retail bicycle store. Instead of a public-facing showroom or service center, Ancheer products sold in the U.S. typically pass through a middleman or importer with a warehouse in Chino, California. This distinction is crucial for local consumers to understand, as it significantly impacts the purchasing, support, and warranty experience. This overview will delve into their logistical footprint, the implied services through their sales channels, key characteristics, and important contact considerations.
Understanding the physical location and accessibility of Ancheer's operations in California is vital, especially since it functions differently from a typical retail outlet.
Ancheer's primary U.S. logistical presence is identified at:
5521 Schaefer Ave, Chino, CA 91710, USA
This address in Chino, California, serves as a warehouse facility for Ancheer products. It's important for Californians to note that, according to available information, this location is described as a warehouse and is generally "not open to the public." This means that you cannot typically visit this address to browse products, make in-person purchases, or directly access repair or customer service. Instead, it functions as a storage and distribution point for products that are then sold by third-party sellers on major online platforms.
For local users in Chino and the wider Southern California area, this location might be recognized as the point from which products are shipped. However, it does not offer the conventional accessibility of a local bicycle store where you can test ride bikes, receive immediate assistance, or drop off products for service. Any interaction with Ancheer, therefore, primarily occurs through the online platforms where their products are purchased, or through their remote customer service channels.
Given Ancheer's operational model, the "services offered" are primarily indirect, flowing through the third-party retailers who sell their products. It's crucial to distinguish between what Ancheer as a manufacturer/importer provides and what a platform like Walmart or Amazon might offer.
- Product Distribution: Ancheer's Chino facility acts as a distribution hub for their electric bikes and other products, which are then sold through various online marketplaces.
- Indirect Sales Support: While not direct, Ancheer's sales presence is facilitated by these third-party sellers. Your initial purchase and any immediate returns (within a short window, often 30 days) are typically managed by the platform you bought from (e.g., Walmart, Amazon).
- Manufacturer Warranty (with limitations): Ancheer advertises a 1-year warranty on key components like the motor, battery, and charger. However, customer experiences indicate that honoring this warranty can be challenging, often requiring extensive communication and facing difficulties with parts availability or direct support.
- Online Technical Support (Email/Phone): Ancheer provides contact information for customer service, often via email and sometimes phone numbers. This is where customers would attempt to address issues beyond the initial return window of the selling platform.
- Pre-assembled Products (Partial): Many Ancheer electric bikes are described as being 85-95% pre-assembled, which means basic assembly instructions are provided for the final steps, allowing users to set up the bike at home.
Ancheer's highlights primarily revolve around their product design and pricing strategy, as their operational model presents unique considerations for customers.
- Affordable Electric Bicycle Options: Ancheer is known for offering electric bikes at competitive price points, making e-bike ownership more accessible to a broader range of consumers.
- Diverse Product Range: The brand manufactures various e-bike models, including mountain bikes, commuter bikes, and folding bikes, catering to different preferences and riding needs.
- Online Availability: Ancheer products are widely available through major online retailers, offering convenience for purchase from anywhere in California.
- Basic Assembly Convenience: The high percentage of pre-assembly is a feature designed to make setting up the bike at home relatively straightforward for the end-user.
- Physical Warehouse in California: While not customer-facing, the presence of a warehouse in Chino means products are stored domestically, potentially leading to faster initial shipping times for California residents compared to direct international shipments.
For individuals needing to contact Ancheer regarding their products, the provided information and common customer experiences suggest relying on digital communication and general contact lines rather than a direct local retail presence.
Address (Warehouse, not open to public): 5521 Schaefer Ave, Chino, CA 91710, USA
(Note: While this address is provided as Ancheer's U.S. presence, it functions as a warehouse for distributors and is not a customer-facing store.)
General Contact Information (from external sources, as direct numbers for the Chino address are often reported as non-responsive or personal):
Ancheer Customer Service Email: [email protected] (commonly found on their official website or product documentation)
Ancheer Customer Service Phone (from external sources like recalls): (888) 661-1330 (This number has been associated with recalls and may serve as a general customer service line for Ancheer products, though user experiences regarding responsiveness vary.)
For locals in California, considering Ancheer means understanding a business model that is heavily reliant on online sales and third-party logistics, rather than a traditional neighborhood bike shop experience.
The suitability of Ancheer for Californians largely depends on their expectations and willingness to navigate a primarily online and indirect customer service model. On one hand, for budget-conscious consumers looking for an entry point into the world of electric biking, Ancheer's affordable pricing through online platforms can be a significant draw. The convenience of having products shipped directly to your California home from a local warehouse in Chino can mean quicker delivery times compared to international imports. For those comfortable with performing basic assembly and troubleshooting, and who prefer to handle repairs independently or through local, independent bike mechanics, Ancheer's models might fit their needs.
However, it is critically important for local users to be aware of the significant challenges reported regarding Ancheer's post-purchase support and warranty fulfillment. Unlike a dedicated local bike shop that offers in-house repairs, readily available parts, and personalized customer service, Ancheer's model means that issues often require navigating online customer service, dealing with potentially non-responsive phone lines, and facing difficulties in obtaining replacement parts or honoring warranty claims. The reviews explicitly warn about the lack of a dedicated parts department and the potential for expensive repairs that might exceed the bike's value. The strong recommendation from customers to return faulty products within the online retailer's 30-day window underscores the challenges of direct Ancheer support.
In conclusion, Ancheer offers accessible electric bikes to Californians primarily through online marketplaces. Its physical warehouse in Chino facilitates domestic distribution. For locals prioritizing affordability and convenient online purchasing, Ancheer presents an option. However, any potential buyer in California should proceed with caution, understanding that the savings in initial purchase price may come with trade-offs in terms of direct local support, warranty reliability, and ease of obtaining parts or repairs. It is highly recommended to thoroughly understand the return policies of the specific online retailer and to be prepared for a potentially self-reliant approach to long-term maintenance and troubleshooting.

Ancheer Reviews
BEWARE!!! I bought a Ancheer treadmill from Walmart online. Walmart was excellent in helping me resolve my issues with this seller. Ancheer is manufactured in China. There is no sales department or parts department or even a legitimate website. Ancheer makes a ton of treadmills and electric bikes which are purchased by a middleman (importer) in Chino, California. I live near Chino and went by the warehouse, not open to the public. This importer houses the products. Third party sellers buy the products and sell them on Amazon, Walmart and eBay. The warehouse (represents itself as USA headquarters for Ancheer) has 2 cellphone numbers which are personal numbers and go straight to voicemail or voicemail is full. My seller turned out to be someone who lives in United Kingdom. I was lucky because my treadmill motor failed within the first 30 days and Walmart fought forme because the seller did nothing. The only one who will honor a return within 30 days is Walmart or Amazon. Ancheer’s warrantee is nonexistent!! I called a treadmill repair and they want $100 to come out, $150 for a new motor that is not the same unknown Chinese brand Ancheer uses. These treadmills are 1 and done, when they break, toss them because repairing them will cost you more than they are worth. RETURN THESE WITHIN 30 DAYS OR ITS YOURS UNTIL IT BREAKS!!
Feb 06, 2025 · John BiedermannAll they do is lie and give you the run around. Worst customer service by far! Don't shop here go somewhere else! Scams are what they do buy a ebike here and don't follow up on warranties. They give you a run around until the warranty expires and then they can't help you.
Jan 23, 2025 · Christine JongsmaI purchased my bike in March but I had battery issues in July. I contacted Ancheerabout it and after they collected some information about the issue promptly sent me a replacement. Thank you Ancheer! Continue focusing on customer service and you can't go wrong.
Jul 17, 2024 · Keith MartinIs 0 stars an option? Whatever you do, do not purchase anything from this company. They use misleading/inaccurate product descriptions. I bought a bike meant for a 5'4 female, that my 6'2 partner can't even sit on and they're refusing a return. Total scam.
