Freego California Reviews
I recently purchased my second e-bike from Freego, and once again, I’m beyond impressed with their outstanding customer service and product quality. From the moment I unboxed the bike, their team went above and beyond to guide me through the assembly process. They patiently explained every step, pointed out common mistakes to avoid (like improper brake alignment or loose bolts), and even shared pro tips for long-term maintenance. Their attention to detail gave me confidence that my bike was set up correctly and safely. What really stands out is their genuine care—they didn’t just sell me a bike; they made sure I understood how to use it properly. They covered everything from battery care to optimal tire pressure, ensuring I’d get the best performance. After two purchases, I can confidently say Freego delivers on both quality and service. If you’re looking for an e-bike backed by a team that truly supports its customers, this is the brand to choose.10/10 would recommend—and will buy from them again!
May 29, 2025 · Lancy KuoDo not buy one of these bikes! It’s a hunk of junk! Our bike has been broken down for over two months! It has sat at an authorized dealer (which we had to drive over two hours to get to) for over a month! They tried to charge us for warranty parts and also for shipping! Bike is poorly made and you CANNOT get replacement parts! The seller even went as far as to mention a refund would affect feeding his family! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Heed my advice and steer clear of this shady company!
Feb 22, 2025 · Mary MorsePurchased a Freego X2 bike. I have had nothing but issues – 3 blown tire tubes, kickstand screws missing so I had to ziptie it, bad charger, spoke rivets busting, and now the drive hub is broken at 100 miles in. The company had ignored my emails regarding the drive hub until I threatened legal action. They delete the bad reviews off of their website as well to mislead you into thinking the bike is great. I have attatched proof of the reviews I've left and if you look at their Freego X2 reviews it's not there. BEWARE
