Wheat Ridge Cyclery Reviews
Can’t say enough good about Wheat Ridge Cyclery! My Dad and I have been customers here since the 90s when I got my first Specialized stumpJumper hard tail. We have always been taken care of and now between my kids, wife, and my Dad we have probably bought between 20-30 bikes here. I just had a warranty issue with a trek we bought for my son and they are working with Trek to have it covered. The rim was back ordered so they came up with a few options so that my son could get back on his bike asap. Special shout out to my man Stu in sales who is always great to work with! Curtis in service is always doing a bang up job and John in warranty service has done a very thorough job to get my son’s bike ready in a timely manner. Great job guys!
Jun 26, 2025 · Ross SheltonIsaac made the whole bike-buying process easy—he broke down road vs. gravel, let me test rides, and kept checking in on my return visits. When I came to buy, Josh jumped in, dialed in the fit, pedals, and gear. Fantastic service from both, great experience.
Jun 23, 2025 · Kevin StroudA wonderful selection, knowledgable and friendly staff. I've now purchased 4 bikes from WC and have recommended it to at least 3 friends that have purchased multiple bikes from there and the support after the purchase has been great so I'll be back again. Thanks Greg and Max.
May 12, 2025 · Jim MartensJosh was an amazing help. I tested out 4 bikes and ended up choosing a Trek. He was able to answer all my questions. He explained the warranty and life time services offered as well. I left a happy customer.
Mar 24, 2025 · Burumun WolfGreat selection of very nice bikes. Unfortunately that does mean they are all real expensive. Can't get out of there for less than $700 for *ANY* adult bike. But it is what it is. Good bikes are not cheap these days. Staff is informative, helpful and plentiful. Have to schedule maintenance way out for service. Get your Mt. Bike serviced in Jan if you want to ride it in April. I love this place, and have bought lots of bikes from them. Just wonder how sustainable the $10K bike market is.
