Trail Head Cyclery Reviews
I had my Specialized Chisel FS shipped directly to Trail Head Cyclery, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and tuned the bike exactly to my specs. When I brought it in for the 90-day service, they took the time to walk through the entire bike with me and reassured me that everything was running perfectly. It’s rare to find a shop this committed to quality and customer service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else — these guys truly know what they’re doing and have earned my full trust and praise.
Jun 21, 2025 · Herb RealThis is the coolest mountain bike shop I’ve ever been in. The staff are all amazing and super friendly. The owner is down to earth and super cool as you would expect any bad ass Mountian Biker to be. Highly recommend this shop! They threw me together an S works Turbo Levo 4 (which is absolutely EPIC) n my 2 Hour Dr. down there to pick it up. Totally worth the drive to meet such an awesome group of people and an amazing shop! I’d give them 10 stars if they let me. Not to mention, they pointed me to the best flow track in North America about an hour away from the shop, so I could test out my new wheels. 🤘🏼😜
Jun 29, 2025 · Rob MokryI needed to take a pair of stuck pedals off from the bike. Went to another bike shop first, they asked me to leave bike there for a few days. Then I came to trail head cyclery: they just helped me out in a few minutes and didn’t charge me anything. The crew was so friendly and professional.
Jun 24, 2025 · Cindy JinTrailhead continues to be a premier mountain bike focused bike shop. They carry most of the parts you may need to upgrade a bike or just a get you back on the trail after a mechanical breakdown along with a great selection of new bikes. The staff is friendly and always willing to share their knowledge with you.
Jun 14, 2025 · Bruce SmithWent into the shop asking questions about a bike I was interested in buying. After a few questions and test riding the 7,000$ bike I went back inside to suddenly be dealing with another young man who was only geared to sell me the bike. I purchased the bike and immediately received less feedback. No explanation on how to even plug in the charger for the ebike after telling them up front this was my first ebike. After riding the bike for 2 hours I hated it. Called shop immediately but was closed and called the next day. The shop then brings it to my attention that there are no returns. I had to then email the sales department and manager 4 times to get a response after 3 days. They were extremely reluctant to do any kind of restocking fee and refund me any portion of money for a bike I hated after 2 hours use. Once talking to a manager I got the typical response of nothing we can do . after further discussion they agreed to take the bike back but I would lose 2,000$ off my purchase. Don't listen to the garbage these guys spew about restocking fees etc. I've worked in bike shops there is always a way to please the customer and not gouge them for money. This shop is highly not recommended over REI or just ordering online direct.
