I had previously left a good review as I had taken a bike to be fixed and it was done within a day. So I decided to take another bike that needed a brake installed. They told me they didn't have the brake and they would have to order it and that it would be fixed in 1 week. I called once the week was up and the owner answered and he said the brake had arrived but he hadn't installed it to which I said that's fine so when will it be ready, he said "call tomorrow " to which then I called the following day and someone else answered and he said that the brake had never arrived, and I told him hey that's a lie I just spoke to the main guy and he said to call today because the brake had arrived and he was just gonna install it. To which he said " sorry for the confusion" he says to call em back in 30 min so that they can install it. I call.back then they tell me that they ordered the wrong brake. So then I tell them okay so order the correct one. So another week passes and I call back and they tell me that the part had just arrived and that they would call me later to see if they finished installing it. Guess what? I never received a call. Reading the comments there seems to be a pattern where they fail to communicate, and lie about when they will finish the project. I didn't wanna make a bad review I let a lot slide before i did but nah come on. - Bryan Ino
