Apr 16, 2025 · Greg JonesFantastic experience at the Bicycle Cellar! I’d just flown into town with my bike to start a tour to San Diego and while assembling my bike I could not figure out what I was doing wrong with the through axel. I called the shop and Eli immediately knew what component I was missing and even sent me photos of the part and where it should be. Sure enough, it’s exactly what I needed! The next morning before starting our tour, I needed a quick brake adjust and my friend needed her cables checked and Eli was super accommodating and met us at the shop early to help us get on the road. Great shop & great space! This shop is an asset to the cycling community! Wish we had a Bicycle Cellar back home. Thanks Bicycle Cellar & thank you Eli!!!
Jun 03, 2025 · Desiree AnteloThese guys are actually awesome. Great service, and the ONE time I wasn't completely satisfied, Tom went above and beyond to find me a fix at a great price. This shop will fix your bike better, cheaper, and faster than the other shops around here.
Apr 14, 2025 · Dart RichardBought two bikes for around 700 dollars. The purchase experience was great. When we bought the bikes, we were told we could bring the bikes in to get filled up with air, no problem. On purchase day, they used pressure tools to fill up the bike with air before we left. 5 months later, we live 5min away, we ride our bikes to the shop to fill them up with air. The store clerk gave us two habd/manual air pumps to fill up our bikes. Not really what was implied initially, but if we had known thats what they meant, we would have filled it up at our place with our own hand pump air tool.
Jun 01, 2025 · HectorQuick, friendly, knowledgeable service. I was in a bind trying to assemble my bike off the airplane. I messed up the drop out and couldn’t readjust the deuraileur. Tom met me at the door of his shop and was thorough. And willing to share his knowledge. Reasonable price. Thank you!!!
