Pedego (Corporate Office - Not Open to Public) Reviews
I've owned my Pedego Comfort cruiser since March of 2022 and was a great bike for the first 28 months. Then the battery went bad and it took Pedego three tries to send the battery to the right location. Then the motor went out on July 18, 2024 and it was under warranty and it took Pedego almost six months to send a battery. The dealer replaced the controller also, but now the bike is making this loud grinding sound which is also causing vibration. It's very obviously that Pedego doesn't care about their customers, because they can''t help solve a problem in a timely fashion and very hard to get a reply on whats going on. Run from this company as fast as you can, because there are plenty of other e-bike manufacturers out there.
Jan 30, 2025 · Joe MessmerWe're proud owners of two of the Pedego Element bikes, and love the smaller frame, powerful motor when we want the extra assist, and the quality of the bikes overall. We're even more impressed with the company backing up our bikes, as we had service performed at our favorite local Pedego Dealer in Glendale, AZ - and one of our bikes had a problem with the electric motor - but it was well beyond the warranty period. Between our Dealer and Pedego, they offered to put a new motor on the bike because they said "they take care of Pedego owners", and that meant a LOT! We've told lots of people about our bikes, had several friends and visitors ride our bikes, and now we'll be even more excited sharing our enthusiasm for Pedego Bikes! I also feel really good about an American Company that stands behind their quality built bikes!
Dec 15, 2023 · Steve KoehnI had a city commuter for three years. I now have a black edition city commuter. They are both great bikes. However the best part of the Pedego experience is dealing with the California headquarters. I do not live near a dealer so I deal with the corporate headquarters. For five years they have been fantastic. They stand by their bikes by quickly mailing parts and with great instructions. They have even gotten on the phone with my local bike store to help with installation of parts. Recently I have dealt withChristian who has been great.Jeff from Long Island.
Apr 19, 2020 · Jeff FialkovBought a Trail Tracker for over $4,500 with taxes and then a couple months later they drop the price to less than $3k. I thought I was buying from a company that maintained their bikes value and valued their customers. Instead all they care about is making more sells.
Jul 24, 2023 · Matthew DavisI simply love my Pedego comfort cruiser. After 2 lung surgeries in 2020 never thought t was possible I would be bike riding again. With my Pedego I'm doing 10 - 20 miles daily, with ease. I couldn't be happier. It's nice to be out and about again, at 67 years young! 🚴♀️ Lots of bike paths in my area to enjoy!
