The owner, his nephews, and the whole team are incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and patient. They took their time to understand our needs and helped us pick the perfect bikes. They don’t pressure you but just helpful guidance. We are so happy with our bikes, and their after-purchase support has been excellent. I believe they also offer rentals as well.
May 04, 2025 · Nancy ChoTLDR: Amazing bike shop and highly recommend for all things bike. Great mechanics and high quality, dependable service. My first experience with Master Bike Shop was when I was traveling to Colombia with my bike. The bike was my bike on my trainer, and I needed it tuned up, handle bar adjustment and a stem replacement. I needed it within a day, I called and spoke with the owner. He let me know that they were very busy and it would be tight but he would do what he could to help me out. Needless to say, he and the mechanics delivered, getting my bike serviced and done within a day and half, right in time for my trip.I have since been there several times with my tarmac SL8, staff and mechanics are friendly, very knowledgeable, and prices are super reasonable. I strongly recommend the bike shop really for all bikes, entry level to high end.

Jun 06, 2025 · NYC GuideBrought my carbon bike in after a crash and the owner refused to have the bike shipped off for ultrasound, claiming "there is no damage". Luckily Toga Bike shop nearby agreed to do it, and the scan came back with indicated damage to the frame. If you have a carbon bike, stay away! These guys have no idea what they're doing.
